About Us
Stepping bright in the shining light!
Pageant Grls is not your normal pageantry organization! Aside from the pageant basics, we show out Pageant Grls a life of luxury that all young girls should aspire to seek after. We provide workshops, teams building meetings, group bonding activities, character building, sisterhood, and support not just in the realm of their pageant life, but in their every day, daily life.
Enrichment Activities
Our goal is to cultivate each young girl to learn skills not just associated with pageantry but with the real world. Our enrichment activities include professionalism, etiquette classes, pageant coaching, and much more!
Building Bonds
Sisterhood is an important aspect of our organization. Aside from enrichment and bonding activities, our Grls Talk program is aimed toward discussing difficult topics such as self-esteem, emotions, and confidence, all the while creating a safe space where they can trust each other, build upon each other, and rely on each other!
Pageant Management
Take the stress out of Pageants and allow Pageant Grls to build your child a social media platform, handle fundraising and sponsorships for your child's pageant journey, as well as continuous pageant outfit consultancy and creation of routines!
Understanding our flaws
Sometimes we as adults forget to search our inner girl and put ourselves in their shoes. With Pageant Grls, we empower our Grls to accept that flaws are normal, and mistakes will happen, but it is progression and the journey that really matters! This is why each month, we will partake in an evaluation meeting to meet our Grls where they are at, to praise them where they've excelled, and to acknowledge and show them how to become better with their struggles.

Building towards a better future
In everything we do, Pageant Grls recognize that it is important to build up the next generation of girls to become an example not just in the pageant life, but in our everyday society. This is why our Grls are required to engage in community service and volunteerism organized by Janae and Monique!
Maintaining scholars
Pageant Grls recognize that school is importnat and comes first. This is why we've created a program that allows space for study time and completion of all homework or studies before having fun, as well as a program to reward our Grls for their studious efforts and to allow tutoring services during meetings as well. We've also implemented a policy where Pageant Grls collaborate with parents to keep a routine monthly check on all of our Grls' grades.

Parent daughter bond
Pageant Grls is not for just the grls, but for parents as well! Studies show that kids flourish better when their parents are involved and there is an active relationship! Pageant Grls recognize this and offers the opportunity for parents to be involved during pageant training sessions. Pageant Grls will also seek out pageants that offers a mommy portion!
Why us, and why pageants?
Let's forget about the makeup, tons of hair spray, and princess walks for a minute. Pageants are wonderful as they build personality, and life skills such as public speaking, presentations, interview skills, sportsmanship, and etiquette! Pageant Grls' role is to guide, lead, and teach your child all of these skills and more! We do not cultivate the mean girl energy that some may find associated with pageants, and we aim to build a bridge to those under privileged girls!
